Become a Flag Football Coordinator & Save on Registration!

Want to get involved, support your community, and save on registration fees? Join our Flag Football Coordinator Program – a great way to make a difference on and off the field.

We’re looking for dedicated, enthusiastic coordinators to help our Flag Football program run smoothly throughout the season. In return for your time and energy, approved coordinators will receive a 50% discount on next season’s registration fees!


Who Can Apply?

We’re looking for up to three amazing coordinators each season to support the program. To be eligible:

  • You must be 18 years or older
  • You cannot be a current member of the Bisons Board of Directors
  • Only one coordinator per family is eligible per season
  • You must be approved before the season starts by the Board of Directors

Note: This program is separate from high school volunteer hour programs and isn’t eligible for graduation credit.


How Coordinators Are Selected

We want everyone to have a fair shot! When applications open:

  • The Flag Football Director along with our social media platforms will announce coordinator opportunities to all members
  •  If more than 3 people apply, a fair selection process will take place
  • To keep things fair, coordinators from the previous season won’t be eligible again the following season – we want to share the opportunity across our community

How the Discount Works

If you complete your coordinator term, you’ll receive:

  • 50% off one Flag Football registration
  • Discount is applied next season, not during the current one
  • You’ll have one full year to use it
  • If you can’t use it personally or within your family, you can assign it to another athlete by contacting our Registration Director and VP Finance

Please note: Coordinators who resign or don’t complete the full season will not receive the discount, and it won’t be prorated.


What You’ll Be Doing

As a coordinatorr, you’ll be helping with essential behind-the-scenes tasks that keep our flag football program running strong! Your specific responsibilities will be discussed before the season begins to ensure a good fit and a successful experience for everyone.


A Few Final Details

  • Coodinators must be officially approved by the Board of Directors
  • You’ll be asked to sign a short acknowledgment form before getting started
  • You'll be required to register for insurance through our website —> Sign Up Here!
  • You'll be required to submit a current 2025 vulnerable sector check
  • Your discount will be approved once the season wraps and your duties are verified by the Flag Football Director
